At Le Quartier Baking Company, we go to great lengths to make the best possible pastries and cakes that we can. In our pastries we use all butter croissant dough that we make in small batches and our cakes are always from scratch. Like our breads, we never use preservatives to extend shelf life. We usually sell out so there isn't a need anyway!
